The downloadable dataset supplies the complete bounded derivative used by this service.
The additional source extract supplies the local POI observations used for counts.
Transforms: select Madrid records, validate representative point and identity,
count raw records within 500 m by Haversine; preserve incomplete coverage.
No individual POI dates or typed OSM identities were preserved by the historical importer.
